TaylorCNET is the community network for Taylor, Texas. TaylorCNET was made possible through a grant and public partnership between Taylor ISD, the City of Taylor, Taylor Chamber of Commerce, Taylor Economic Development Corporation, Johns Community Hospital, Taylor Housing Authority, Temple College at Taylor, and Williamson County. This web site, TaylorCNET.org, is owned and operated by TaylorCNET. TaylorCNET is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement has been created in order to disseminate our firm commitment to the privacy of our members. The following statement discloses our information-gathering and dissemination practices for TaylorCNET.org. TaylorCNET collects information in order to serve our program members and online users better. This information allows TaylorCNET to provide better information and services, and to create a valuable community in which to discuss thoughts, issues and experiences. TaylorCNET will use the information we collect to provide you with valuable services.
Community Internet web sites exist to allow for and promote interaction. In that interaction, users may provide information either anonymously or purposely about themselves, either statistically or personally. TaylorCNET is such a site.

All personal information you provide directly to TaylorCNET is covered under this privacy policy. This may include, but not be limited to, your name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, credit card and other financial information, and other personally identifying information.
When credit cards are involved, the information is encrypted through secure server software. We make diligent attempts to protect all data located on our servers against unauthorized access. What kind of personal information does TaylorCNET collect?
Some personal information is gathered when you register on our site for contests, promotions, jobs, access to community sites or when you register for any other reason. During registration, TaylorCNET may require you to provide your name, date of birth, gender, zip code, country of residence and email address.
