Taylor City Council Mtg -Council meetings are open to the public. You are welcome and encouraged to attend. Special meetings may also be called and notices are posted in accordance with state law. Items to be considered by the Council are listed on an Agenda which is posted on the bulletin board in the City Hall lobby seven-two (72) hours prior to the meeting.
Anyone who wishes to speak at a Council meeting is asked to complete a Citizens Communication form available at the meeting and give the completed form to the City Clerk before the start of the meeting. If you have written notices or printed material that you wish to present to the Council, please furnish an extra copy for the City Clerk.
Each speaker is limited to a three minute presentation on any one item. A brief and non-repetitive presentation is generally the most effective.
